Repayment of debt guarantees

On December 18, 2015 STRATEG Law Firm took part in the workshop “The debts. Proven mechanisms of prevention and recovering” which was held in LIGA business center. Participants had the opportunity to share their practical experience and legal position regarding the modern process of debt collection for Ukrainian enterprises and methods of preventing the debts within the existing circumstances.
