Searches in companies

On November 6, 2015 the lawyers of STRATEG Law Firm took part in the workshop “Searches in companies: actions of the employees before and during the visit of law enforcement bodies”, which was organized by a national network of workshops “Vysshaya Liga” and JSC “Juscutum”. The participants of the workshop shared their experience and received the effective expert advice upon how to act in the process of inspection by law enforcement officials. The participants also reviewed the mechanisms of legal counteraction to illegal actions of law enforcement officers during a search, as well as effective mechanisms of the return of arrested property. The meeting participants noted that effective work of highly-qualified lawyers can minimize risks and losses for the company, both during the inspection and during the recovery phase of the enterprise after the search.
