On May 31, 2016 the lawyers of Strateg Law Firm took part in the workshop “The peculiarities of concluding license agreements, payment of royalty and transfer of intellectual property rights. Tax and legal aspects”, held in Liga Business Center. At the workshop the participants discussed the issues related to signing agreements on transfer of intellectual property rights, identified the specifics of concluding license agreements, specified the features and risks of buying photos from the image bank, analyzed the features of using free public licenses in economic activity of a resident of Ukraine, and had the discussion about the specifics of defining the legal nature of intellectual property created by an employee beyond their job description and work functions at the enterprise.
