STRATEG Law Firm has protected the interests of its client, LLC “SCK” Vinnytsia industrial group” that is a part of Vinnytsia Agro-Industrial Group Holding (the holding enters the FORBES Ukraine list of agricultural holdings of Ukraine). The lawyers have managed to protect the client from a fraudulent attempt of the former partner to charge 8 188 185, 18 UAH through legal proceedings on the basis of an additional agreement to the contract of sale of the share in the authorized capital. Kyiv Court of Appeals (judges L. D. Polyvach, O. V. Shahova, Y. V. Golovachov) after thorough and comprehensive studying of the materials of case №761/19460/15-c, on 6 July 2016 arrived at the decision which satisfied the demands of LLC “SCK” Vinnytsia industrial group”, thus declaring the opponent’s actions as such that cannot be satisfied.
